I never thought I’d quote Kim Kardashian’s twitter, but she’s so right. “A moment on the lips, is a lifetime on the hips.” Say no to all those extras! For me, the “extras” are chocolate, ice cream, and chips. I can proudly say I haven’t had any in a long time now (unless we include Skinny Cow, but if we do include that, then I just can’t survive!)
